Enjoy the multiple seating areas, outdoor TVs, and covered dog yard. The BBQ area is luxuriously appointed with a high-end BBQ, sink with hot water, a refrigerator, and dishwasher.
Tiki Island is large enough for a 45 foot RV - Class A, Super C, or 5th wheel only. Toy haulers and other forms of RVs are not permitted by the HOA.
Guests with RVs over 10 years may be subject to HOA approval.
