Tiki Island is the private residence lot of our owners. No expense has been spared. Guests will find an expansive use of granite and stacked stone that elevates this lot from simple to pure opulence. Guests will enjoy the privacy hedges and one of the resort ponds just a step away.
Enjoy the multiple seating areas, outdoor TVs, and covered dog yard. The BBQ area is luxuriously appointed with a high-end BBQ, sink with hot water, a refrigerator, and dishwasher.
The owners personally designed this space to feel like a tropical island paradise, and it absolutely does not disappoint.
Tiki Island is late enough for a 45 foot RV - Class A, Super C, or 5th wheel only. Toy haulers and other forms of RVs are not permitted by the HOA.
Guests with RVs over 10 years may be subject to HOA approval.
